Abstract
In this article, we provide a brief survey on the study of linear and bi-linear games which deals with the generalization of two-person matrix games. Then we extend some of the bimatrix game results of Parthasarthy and Raghavan to bi-linear games. We show that the existence of equilibrium pairs for bi-linear games is equivalent to the existence of solutions of a corresponding conic optimization problem. Also, we characterize the equilibrium strategies of completely mixed bi-linear games corresponding to Z -transformations. In addition to that, we prove the converse of Theorem 3.6 in [9].
