Abstract
The optical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) using an Argon ion laser source of different wavelengths is presented. The laser wavelength and power dependency on reduction have been studied. The photoresponse of the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) based device has been carried out. The immobilization of the gold nanoparticles on the rGO surface has also been investigated to explore its potential as a plasmonic sensor.
